Carefully repack your glassware in its original mountain-themed packaging and shipping box to ensure it stays protected during transit.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
